RedactGuard is an AI-powered service for detecting and anonymizing personally identifiable information (PII) in documents and text. The service is designed to help organizations comply with privacy regulations such as GDPR.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Ensuring you have the right to process the data you submit • Reviewing all processed documents for accuracy before use • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • Not submitting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

4. Limitations and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: • Our PII detection is not 100% accurate • You must review all processed content before use • We are not liable for missed PII or false positives • The service is provided "as is" without warranties • You assume full responsibility for the use of processed documents

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal activities • Submit copyrighted material without permission • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Share your account access with unauthorized parties • Submit content that violates third-party rights

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms: • Subscriptions are billed in advance • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy • Failed payments may result in service suspension • All prices include applicable taxes

9. Terminación

• Cualquier parte puede terminar este acuerdo en cualquier momento • Al terminar, su acceso al Servicio cesará • La eliminación de datos será manejada según nuestra Política de Privacidad • Las disposiciones sobre responsabilidad y propiedad intelectual sobreviven la terminación

4. Limitación de responsabilidad

4.1 Limitaciones del servicio: Reconoce que: • La detección de IIP basada en IA puede no identificar toda la información sensible • El Servicio proporciona herramientas para ayudar con la anonimización pero no puede garantizar protección completa de privacidad • NO SOMOS RESPONSABLES por cualquier IIP que permanezca en documentos procesados 4.2 Responsabilidad del usuario: Acepta que: • SU USO DE DOCUMENTOS PROCESADOS ES BAJO SU PROPIO RIESGO • Es únicamente responsable de verificar la completitud de la anonimización • Cualquier daño resultante de IIP perdida es su responsabilidad 4.3 Limitación de daños: Hasta el máximo permitido por ley: • Nuestra responsabilidad está limitada al monto pagado por el Servicio en los 12 meses precediendo la reclamación • No somos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes • Renunciamos a todas las garantías excepto las requeridas por ley

13. Cambios a los términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Notificaremos a los usuarios de cambios materiales por email o notificaciones del Servicio. El uso continuado después de que los cambios entren en vigor constituye aceptación de los Términos modificados.
