3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Ensuring you have the right to process the data you submit • Reviewing all processed documents for accuracy before use • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • Not submitting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

4. Limitations and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: • Our PII detection is not 100% accurate • You must review all processed content before use • We are not liable for missed PII or false positives • The service is provided "as is" without warranties • You assume full responsibility for the use of processed documents

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal activities • Submit copyrighted material without permission • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Share your account access with unauthorized parties • Submit content that violates third-party rights

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms: • Subscriptions are billed in advance • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy • Failed payments may result in service suspension • All prices include applicable taxes

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease • Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy • Provisions regarding liability and intellectual property survive termination

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Service Limitations: You acknowledge that: • AI-based PII detection may not identify all sensitive information • The Service provides tools to assist with anonymization but cannot guarantee complete privacy protection • WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any PII that remains in processed documents 4.2 User Responsibility: You agree that: • YOUR USE OF PROCESSED DOCUMENTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK • You are solely responsible for verifying anonymization completeness • Any damages resulting from missed PII are your responsibility 4.3 Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We disclaim all warranties except as required by law

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
